We build individual and group consciousness, primarily through consulting
engagements with corporations, non-profits or government agencies.
You hear business gurus advise you to “get the right people on
the bus” or “make sure your employees are present and contributing
to their potential.” That’s actually very sound but difficult
advice. There simply aren’t enough highly conscious leaders and
workers to go around. What we do is take the people you’ve got
(more or less) and grow them into the “right people.” How
we do it is a long story – some of the story is on this site,
particularly in the “Consciousness
at Work” area.
In addition
to consulting engagements, we sometimes speak,
hold workshops and
publish. Our mission is to support people who want to grow individual
