Product Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by InterOctave.com within 30 days of
delivery for a full refund.
We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result
of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (however,
if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, click here).
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
* Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, or cassette tape, that has been opened (taken out
of its plastic wrap).
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing
parts.

Returning Videos
Videos purchased from InterOctave.com) can be returned within 30 days
of receipt of shipment via our online Returns Center. These items must
be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.
Returning Books
Books purchased from InterOctave.com are easily returned within 30
days of receipt of shipment to InterOctave.com via our online Returns
Center. to a Borders or Waldenbooks store location.
We are currently unable to accept returns of or provide refunds for
e-books.

Merchants. Items that are picked up at a store or shipped directly
by another merchant must be returned to the merchant according to their

DVDs purchased from InterOctave. are easily returned to InterOctave.com
