InterOctave Development Group was founded by leaders and managers
from
extraordinarily successful Fortune 500 companies (Proctor & Gamble, Dupont,
James River) combined with researchers and faculty from three of the largest
business schools in the nation, (Harvard, UCLA, San Jose State) successful Organizational
Development specialists and proven, entrepreneurial business consultants who
joined together to advance the practice of building individual and organizational
consciousness.
Building greater consciousness infrastructure in companies has enormous
